Hey! I'm Jynine or J9 (she/her) :) I grew up in the southwest suburbs of Chicago. I began beauty school at 16 years old in June 2011, became licensed in 2013, and have been building my skill ever since. I take a lot of pride in my work and building long-lasting relationships with my clients by delivering high quality services. I accomplish this by listening to my clients needs and executing to the best of my abilities utilizing brands that I believe in to bring your hair to its best life. I have dedicated many hours of the last 15 years to continuing education from renowned artists in my industry. The prices listed on my services are base estimates and may vary with hair length or density (which can require additional time or product). This isn’t meant to be a mystery or a manipulation — it’s simply the nature of hair. Every client is unique, and I aspire to celebrate individuality by tailoring services to your specific needs. All new color clients will require a consultation prior to booking a color service with me and there we can find which service will best suit you! ● Adjustments You deserve to feel your best! ○ If you’re not feeling 100% satisfied with your haircut or color, I’m happy to offer complimentary adjustments within 14 days of your appointment. ○ Adjustments must be requested within that time frame and are limited to refining the original service. ● Referrals I love referrals :) ○ Refer a new guest and they’ll receive $20 off their first visit. ○ You’ll receive $20 off your next appointment as a thank you!
CANCELLATION POLICY
A credit card is required to hold all appointments. This allows me to protect the time reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice. You can do so directly through GlossGenius at any time. *All deposits for color are NON-REFUNDABLE and color services may only be rescheduled one (1) time prior to service within an appropriate time frame or a new deposit may be requested* • Appointments canceled within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. I completely understand that life is unpredictable and sometimes plans change or emergencies come up. That said, as a small, independently run business, I value firm boundaries so I can keep things running smoothly for everyone. If something unexpected happens, please contact me directly via Instagram or call/text (312) 543-4936 and I will do my best to accommodate when possible.
